AUGUST and SEPTEMBER 2011

We are so lucky that we get to live where we do. Our backyard neighbors (our landlords) have a pool and they live in California, so we get to use their pool in the summer. We have been swimming and swimming! Mac and Ella are like little fish! They swim all over without floaties! McKay has been diving and doing flips. He is a rockstar. Ella has gotten really good too!

We went camping on Labor Day with my side of the Family! IT was SOOO much fun! We got to ride 4wheelers, razors, eat yummy food, hang out with family AND celebrate PORTER'S 1ST BIRTHDAY!! I can't believe the little guy is 1!!! Porter is such a sweet little guy. Every where we go people will comment on him and how sweet his face is....especially his eyes. I think it is funny, because I always know what people are going to say..."that baby has the sweetest face, and his eyes are just engaging". He makes us all laugh so much, and is such an easy little boy to be around. He didn't walk until he was 14months old, but as soon as he started walking....he started running. He loves his brother and sister. He LOVES his daddy. He loves reading books, playing with toys...especially babies. He LOVES dirt. The kid loves FOOD. He eats better than any of the other kids. If he eats chicken nuggets....he will eat 4-6 of them! He is an animal! haha I feel sooooo grateful for Porter. He makes everyone happy around him. I love him so much!
McKay and Ella both started preschool this year! I can't believe how fast time is going. They were both excited and couldn't wait to go to school. They are going to Mary's Little Lamb preschool. She is such a great teacher, and only lives 2 houses away from us, so it is very convenient. They both are getting so big.
